After sorting and sorting and REsorting, I finally decided on what pieces I would have to give up!&nbsp; I hate to have to get rid of anything, but that's the way life goes!&nbsp; I imagine most of you "regular" gals already have most of these I have for sale, but you might want to look anyway! You never know!! I have a website that my hubby helped create where you can look. It is phoover.tripod.com (NO www) Or, if you have any friends who might be interested I would appreciate the help!!&nbsp; Most of them are 40-50% off.&nbsp; Hope you enjoy the site! </DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>Judy</DIV> Precious Moments Community 6/12/2008 10:21:19 PM Mary Ann http://www.preciousmomentscommunity.com/blogs.aspx?DoAction=BlogRead&BlogID=158860469958956 <DIV>Hello everyone........just visited the chapel last week. It was their first day opening.&nbsp; Lareen and her hubby were there as volunteers......so sad.....she was the best Sam could have wanted to run things there.&nbsp; They had some drawings and things, free popcorn.....but so sad that we couldn't let our 10 year old grandson experience the Fountain of Angels.&nbsp;&nbsp; Cubby's RV park is closed as well as Wedding Island......what a shame.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>How does everyone else feel about the changes?&nbsp; Do you think it is a financial thing?&nbsp; Were they not bringing in enough profit?&nbsp;&nbsp; Just miss the whole thing....Precious Moments will never be the same with out all the things they used to have for the collectors.</DIV> Precious Moments Community 4/3/2008 8:06:17 PM A question I am stumped! http://www.preciousmomentscommunity.com/blogs.aspx?DoAction=BlogRead&BlogID=210273594078967 <DIV>While looking at the new "Bible Heroes" series .. Now I can identify all of the heroes except for the boy with the horn on the rock.. My co-worker and I have determined it is Joshua who walked around the walls of Jericho, then blew his horn in the seventh day. If anyone has a different idea please pass it on. Precious Moments Community 1/16/2008 11:50:55 AM Bye Bye 2007 and Hello 2008 http://www.preciousmomentscommunity.com/blogs.aspx?DoAction=BlogRead&BlogID=9 <DIV>As many of you know, 2007 started off very bad for me and only&nbsp;&nbsp; got worse as time went on. On 1/03/07, I tripped on our Golden Retriever and fractured my right ankle in 3 places.....2 plates, 8 screws and almost 4 months later, I was able to walk again. Then between July and November, I had 5 hospitalizations for severe attacks of chronic pancreatitis. The docs feel this is caused by my high triglycerides.&nbsp; Thankfully, Manny has been healthy and helping a lot.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>Our Golden Retriever had major chest surgery to remove a tumor and a rib in May. This was caused by a fungus found here in the Valley and is called Valley Fever. She pulled through the surgery with flying colors.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>On the brighter side, we are now the proud owners of our 2nd home....we purchased a used 32 ft. Motor Home in October. We've taken a few week-end trips and absolutely love it. Our grandson Ryan has nicknamed it Rhino.....which was his nickname on one of the soccer teams he was on.&nbsp; Our big trip is planned for early March of this year. Ryan has almost 3 weeks spring break and the 3 of us will be traveling to Massachusetts to visit relatives and friends. Ryan is really excited about this trip.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>Arizona is wonderful and we don't miss the cold and snow that we had in MA for 50 plus years. Retirement is wonderful!&nbsp; I keep myself so busy doing crafts, knitting and sewing that I have been spending less and less time on the computer.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>All in all, I am hoping for a wonderful 2008!!!</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>A little late, but I want to wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>Love ya all,</DIV> <DIV>Mary Ann</DIV> Precious Moments Community 1/8/2008 7:10:07 PM 2007 Where did you go? http://www.preciousmomentscommunity.com/blogs.aspx?DoAction=BlogRead&BlogID=8 <DIV>Wow! Where did 2007 go?&nbsp; When the school year began&nbsp;last August my new year began with my husband, John not going back to work.&nbsp; His retirement had started and ...... actually was not as bad as I thought it would be having him around.&nbsp; We were able to paint the house,&nbsp;and get several other projects done.&nbsp; Fall came and we managed to get some rides in on our Harley throughout the area and still agree East TN has the best motorcycle riding.&nbsp; Then our local Harley dealership Smoky Mountain H-D got the 2008 Harley's in and I fell in love with the 2008 105th Anniversary Black/Copper Ultra Classic.&nbsp; So now I'm the proud owner with John as my chaffeur.&nbsp; We then had to have the leather jackets to match so&nbsp;Christmas came early for us.&nbsp; After Christmas we headed to FL to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and enjoy the nice weather.&nbsp; The day we left weather was nice but the next day the temperature was dropping to freezing.&nbsp; We headed to VA to visit my youngest brother, Robert and his wife Kris.&nbsp; They work in UK so trips home are few.&nbsp; We brought the New Year in on London time.&nbsp; Resolutions, same as always...lose weight, walk more, etc.&nbsp; Well, I've already broken mine as I slipped on the hardwood steps and it was either roll down them or sit down.&nbsp; I SAT HARD!!&nbsp; Now I have a fractured compressed disk and will take 4-6 weeks to heal.&nbsp; So 2008 is starting out a little rough but will give me a chance to inventory my PM collection and sell some of them as my kids really don't want them once I'm gone.&nbsp; I hit the big 60 this year also!&nbsp; Looks like I have alot to look forward to.&nbsp; We are hoping to get some good rides in this summer.&nbsp; Who knows? We may end up on your door step.</DIV> <DIV>Patty S</DIV> <DIV>East TN</DIV> Precious Moments Community 1/5/2008 8:17:20 PM What does 2008 bring? http://www.preciousmomentscommunity.com/blogs.aspx?DoAction=BlogRead&BlogID=7 <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">Wow, just like that, 2007 is gone and another year is here.
